Process How to make : 

STEP 1 : First of all, you have to take this wax in a tape and add 900gm water to it, then melt it on the gas till it melts completely like milk, after that turn off the gas and let the wax cool down, while mixing, as the wax starts cooling down, mix it with a hand blender machine, as it cools down it will start taking the form of cream.

STEP 2 : After the cream is prepared and cools down completely, dissolve the preservative in some water and add it to the cream.

STEP 3 ; Take out the glycerine in a separate bowl, add zinc oxide and titanium dioxide to it and mix it well until it is completely mixed. After that, add this solution to the cream and mix it with a hand blender machine and finally add perfume and mix it well. Your sunscreen is ready. After that, fill 50gm of it in tubes and put labels on them.

सनस्क्रीन बनाने की प्रक्रिया

चरण 1: सबसे पहले, एक कटोरी में E.WAX लें और उसमें 900 ग्राम पानी मिलाएं। फिर इसे गैस पर तब तक पिघलाएं जब तक यह दूध की तरह पूरी तरह पिघल न जाए। इसके बाद गैस बंद कर दें और मोम को ठंडा होने दें। जैसे-जैसे मोम ठंडा होता जाए, इसे हैंड ब्लेंडर से मिलाते रहें। ठंडा होते-होते यह क्रीम का रूप लेने लगेगा।

चरण 2: क्रीम तैयार होने और पूरी तरह ठंडा होने के बाद, प्रिजर्वेटिव को थोड़े से पानी में घोलें और क्रीम में मिला दें।

चरण 3: एक अलग कटोरी में ग्लिसरीन लें, उसमें जिंक ऑक्साइड और टाइटेनियम डाइऑक्साइड मिलाएं और अच्छी तरह से तब तक मिलाएं जब तक यह पूरी तरह से मिल न जाए। इसके बाद, इस घोल को क्रीम में मिलाएं और हैंड ब्लेंडर से मिलाते रहें। अंत में, परफ्यूम मिलाएं और अच्छी तरह से मिक्स करें। आपकी सनस्क्रीन तैयार है। इसके बाद, 50 ग्राम की मात्रा में इसे ट्यूबों में भरें और उन पर लेबल लगा दें।
